Radio broadcast “Putin’s address” on mobilization in a number of regions

In Rostov, Voronezh and Belgorod regions, in the morning of June 5, several radio stations broadcast a text about the alleged martial law and general mobilization in Russia, stylized as an address by President Vladimir Putin.

Videos with the “address” appeared on social networks.

“Today at 4 a.m. Ukrainian troops, armed to the teeth with the NATO bloc, with the consent and support of Washington, invaded the territory of Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. Our border guards and armed forces are giving a dignified response to the superior forces of the aggressor”, – the report said. – Martial law has been introduced in the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. Today I am also signing the decree on the general mobilization, as we will have to unite all the forces of the Russian Federation in order to defeat the dangerous and perfidious enemy. I ask the inhabitants of Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk oblasts to evacuate deep into the territory of Russia, observing order and tranquility and strictly following the orders of the local military administrations”.

The Belgorod and Voronezh regional administrations stated that this was a “hacking of radio frequencies” aimed at “sowing panic” and assured that there was “no reason for concern”. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov also said that Putin’s “urgent appeal” was a hack, TASS reported.
