Russian Interior Ministry put U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham on the wanted list

The Russian Interior Ministry has put U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham on the wanted list, RIA Novosti reported.
The head of the Investigative Committee Aleksandr Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case “over the fact of Russophobic remarks of the American senator”. The reason was the recording of Graham’s meeting with the Ukrainian president, where Graham allegedly said that the death of Russians was “the best thing we spent money on.
However, Reuters later revealed that the video had been edited. As it turned out, the original version of the senator’s conversation with Volodymyt Zelensky was published, where Graham utters the phrase “the Russians are dying”. After which he says: “We have never spent money so well”.
As journalists found out, these phrases were uttered in different parts of the meeting with the Ukrainian president, and found a montage.
