Russian Forces Attack Odesa and Zaporizhzhia Regions

Russian forces struck an energy facility in the southern part of the Odesa region overnight on 10 February, according to the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.

Kiper said the attack partially cut power to settlements in three communities. Critical infrastructure facilities were switched to backup power supplied by generators. An administrative building was also damaged. Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported that Russian drones struck the city of Vilniansk. Four people were wounded, including a child under the age of two. Private homes and outbuildings were damaged.

Ukraine’s Air Force said that during the night into Tuesday, Russia attacked Ukraine with 125 drones, 110 of which were shot down or electronically suppressed in the north, south, and east of the country. According to the Ukrainian military report, 13 strike drones hit targets in six locations, and falling debris was also recorded.
