Four people were killed and more than 20 injured in the city of Dnipro on 1 December as a result of a Russian missile strike, according to Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
He said that rescue operations are ongoing. Preliminary reports indicate that a car service station and an industrial facility were damaged.
Russian forces continue to regularly attack regions across Ukraine. Russian authorities deny that the Russian military deliberately targets civilian infrastructure during the full-scale war. Moscow has not yet commented on the strike in Dnipro.
