A family of four — a married couple and their two sons, aged four and six — was killed when a Russian drone struck a residential house in the village of Chernetchyna in Ukraine’s Sumy region. The regional administration reported the consequences of the attack, which occurred overnight on Tuesday.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the strike on the Krasnopillia community took place around 3 a.m. The National Police of Ukraine also reported the attack on the village.
Chernetchyna, located in the Krasnopillia district, lies about 17 kilometers from the Russian border.
