If Putin arrives at BRICS summit, South Africa will be bound by international law

According to ICC prosecutor in The Hague Karim Khan, the country’s leadership does not need to explain anything, as the country has faced various violations for decades.

“South Africa has experienced for decades the crime against humanity, the crime of apartheid, I don’t think it needs my edification”, he said.

Khan added that South Africa became a party to the International Criminal Court voluntarily and knows very well what the law means.
