Fighters of the Wagner PMC occupied Rostov-on-Don. It was reported by TASS.
There are tanks on the streets of the city. The armed men cordoned off the headquarters of the Southern Military District, the city administration, the offices of the Federal Security Service and the Interior Ministry. Also, the Wagner PMC took control of military facilities in Voronezh, reported one of the Wagner telegram channels.
