The Ministry of Justice recognized filmmaker Vitaly Mansky and politician Lev Shlosberg as “foreign agents”

The Ministry of Justice has declared economist Sergey Aleksashenko, filmmaker Vitaly Mansky, politician Lev Shlosberg, journalists Svetlana Prokopyeva and Yulia Paramonova, the information portal Vesma and the Free Yakutia Foundation to be “foreign agents”. This is reported on the website of the ministry.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Mansky spoke out against the war, “declared support for the Ukrainian authorities”, “spoke negatively” about Russians, “identified Russia with Nazi Germany”, participated in the creation of materials by other “foreign agents”, received foreign money and does not reside in Russia.

Prokopyeva, the Justice Ministry found, also lives abroad, received support from foreign sources, and opposed the war in Ukraine. Shlosberg also spoke out against the war and took part in “the creation and distribution to an unlimited circle of people of information materials of foreign agents”.
