Zelensky: blowing up the dam will not affect the capabilities of the Ukrainian army

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reports in his official Telegram channel that Ukrainian intelligence reported at Tuesday’s staging meeting that the explosion at the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant was deliberately carried out by Russian troops, but “the enemy acted chaotically, allowing its own equipment to be flooded”.

At the same time, Zelensky claims that the explosion of the dam did not affect Ukraine’s ability to continue the operation to liberate its territory, and reports from the military command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces indicate that the troops on the front are at maximum readiness for further action.
