Pashinyan: Armenia and Azerbaijan agree on mutual recognition of territories

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on mutual recognition of each other’s territorial integrity. He made this statement at a meeting of the EAEU Council, where Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are also present.
Pashinyan said that Armenia is ready to unblock all transport and economic corridors and open regional communications with Azerbaijan.
For his part, Aliyev said that “there is a possibility of reaching a peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan, especially considering that Armenia recognized Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan”. He added that Azerbaijan has no territorial claims to Armenia.
So far, it is not specified in what borders the countries have recognized each other.
