The head of the occupation administration of Crimea suggested depriving citizenship for refusing to stand up to the Russian anthem

The leader of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov proposed to deprive of citizenship those who do not stand up when the anthem of Russia is played.
“I think it is necessary to raise the issue of deprivation of citizenship, if the case of failure to stand up to the anthem of Russia is documented. Why do you need citizenship if you do not stand up, do not respect the symbols of the state – the flag, the anthem. Let’s… deprive you of your citizenship through the courts,” Aksenov said on Krym 24 TV (quoted by RIA Novosti).
Earlier, it became known that the Pervomaisky district court of Kirov sentenced in absentia to five years in a general regime colony the composer and former conductor of the Vyatka Philharmonic, Prokhor Protasov, who is also the author of the anthem of the city.
