Denis Kapustin, commander of the Russian Volunteer Corps, has been killed. He died as a hero — in battle against the savage Putinist horde.
From the very beginning of the full-scale war, Denis stood with Ukraine. For him and his fellow fighters, this was the only possible moral choice. Through his actions, he defended the honor of his country and set an example for hundreds of brave and honest people who followed his path — the path of armed resistance to Putin’s tyranny.
We and Denis Kapustin were not political allies. We envisioned Russia’s future differently. In a healthy political environment, we would have argued and opposed one another. But today, these differences are of no significance. In the face of the immense evil that has seized Russia and unleashed a war against Ukraine, we are united in our core goals and values.
We express our condolences to Denis’s family and loved ones. We call on all patriots of Russia to provide full support to the Russian Volunteer Corps and other units of Russian volunteers fighting against the Putin regime.
