Biography
Born in the Leningrad region in 1956. After graduating from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (LETI) in 1979, he worked at the Scientific and Technical Association of the USSR Academy of Sciences, then at the Private Security Service. In 1991 he founded a real estate company in St. Petersburg. In the 2000s, Konstantin Quartti began to participate in the movement of dissent: the United Front, the United Democratic Movement “Solidarity”. Wrote and published the brochure “Caution, Basics of Culture!” against the introduction of religious lessons in school. Since the founding of the FSR, Konstantin Quartti has been a permanent participant. In Finland – from September 2022.
