The Free Russia Forum is back offline!

On December 2-3, 2021, the 11th Forum of Free Russia will be held in an offline format in Vilnius, where we will resume the discussion of scenarios for Russia’s escape from the civilizational deadlock and the conditions for building a modern democratic state. The next Forum will become the most representative event of the largest platform of the Russian opposition, and dozens of leading Russian politicians and public figures, civic activists, international experts, and journalists will attend it, including:

Garry Kasparov, Mikhail Khodorkovsky (online), Gennady Gudkov, Vladislav Inozemtsev, Evgeny Chichvarkin, Sergei Guriev, Viktor Shenderovich (online), Konstantin Eggert, Leonid Nevzlin, Alfred Koh, Mikhail Svetov, Arkady Babchenko, Elena Lukyanova, Evgeny Kiselev, Leonid Gozman, Maria Snegovaya, Alexander Morozov, Marina Litvinenko, Yuri Pivovarov, Andrius Kubilius (Lithuania), Ilya Ponomarev, Anton Shekhovtsov, Borislav Bereza (Ukraine), Olga Romanova, Taras Berezovets (Ukraine), and many others.

Representatives of modern Russian culture are also going to speak at the Forum, including writer Mikhail Shishkin, poets Andrei Orlov (Orlusha), and Vsevolod Emelin, gallery owner Marat Gelman, and artist Vladimir Tsesler will present his works.

Along with the Russian participants, several international experts and journalists, representatives of Western institutions, international foundations, and MEPs will take part in the 11th Forum.

We will hold Forum’s sessions in various formats: along with the discussion panels on current topics, there will be round tables, a vote on the inclusion of new people in the “Putin’s List,” and book presentations.

The event adheres to its open format – anyone who shares the values of democracy and considers Russia a part of the civilized international community can become a participant in the Forum. We ask new Forum participants to submit two recommendations.
