Biography
Head of the Ulyanovsk Urban Settlement of the Tosnensky District of Leningrad Region in 2009–2014. Member of the Council of the Congress of People’s Deputies, coordinator of the Baltic Republic movement. Member of the Council of Representations of the Free Russia Forum, coordinator of the FRF representation in Poland.
