Biography
Born in Moscow, raised abroad, in 2006 joined an anti-Putin movement. Conducted an independent investigation into the Moscow theatre siege, as well as anti-corruption investigations; member of Political Council of the oppositional party “Parnas”. Faced criminal politically motivated charges twice, as well as a devastating smear campaign.
Initiated and currently running Transitional Justice for Russia Initiative.
Was recently given a “foreign agent” status by the Russian authorities.
Member of the Council of the Free Russia Forum.
