Co-founder of the Russian Voice association in Latvia. Permanent participant of the Free Russia Forum. Member of the Council of Representations of the FRF (Latvia).
The Free Russia Forum was established to unite Russians, both inside the country and abroad, who believe in democracy, freedom, and human rights.
